A range of standard systems are supplied for common engineering metrology problems, however these systems can be tailored to meet your exact requirements. These standard packages have been developed over many years with input from our customers many of whom are UKAS accredited laboratories. Our experienced development team can also develop bespoke measurement software for the more specialist measurement application. |
The Contisure Ball Bar enables rapid circle testing to be performed on machine tools, with analysis to ISO 230‑4.
Calsure enables a wide range of linear and angular measurements to be performed principally for machine tool error assessment. This coupled with software compensation scheme generation for most common machine tool controllers provides the ultimate tool for machine tool calibration.
Slipsure provides an easy to use and rapid system for on-line calibration and certification of slip gauge sets. Results are graded automatically to International Standards (ISO 3650), British Standards (BS 4311) or one off customer standards.
Surfsure provides a PC based solution for flatness calibration, using either 'UK Flag' or grid patterns. The system can be directly interfaced to electronic levels to eliminate manual data input. Analysis can be performed to British Standards (BS 817), International Standards (ISO 8512), German Standards (DIN 876) or customer defined standards with certificates and grading generated automatically.
